- Outlook Synchronization
For outlook 2010 and above, you can synchronize up to 10 Exchange accounts at the same time with one Outlook. That means you can access all your calendars, notes, tasks, emails, etc without signing in and out of your accounts like in the previous versions.
Unless you use the two accounts on the same domain, the account properties will still be separated. The idea is not to synchronize outlook but to have a closer look at the information on your exchange accounts. This means that you have to click through the individual accounts to view the tasks, contacts appointments, etc. Any external viewer who wants to check any of your information has to go through the same process too. While this is not so convenient, it is far much better than logging in and out of your accounts to check your information.
